We serve a broad range of needs at Manor & Villages-from those enjoying an active retirement in Independent Living to those needing extra support and security in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Though we accommodate many residents, we recognize that each journey is unique and we honor that with thoughtful planning and a continuum of care through Sunset’s Life Plan. Included with Memory Care or offered a la carte with our Healthy Brain Clinic, SAIDO Learning is a non-pharmacological program based on a learning intervention, offering mental exercises and an opportunity for learners to enhance individual engagement. This method has been shown to lessen the symptoms of dementia and other brain affecting diseases.

Waterford Place offers comfortable assisted living accommodations with three chef-prepared meals per day and a calendar filled with social activities. Each private home features high ceilings, modern amenities, and a private full bathroom. All assisted living residents meet with our Director of Clinical Services to determine the level of assistance needed.
Memory Care & SAIDO
Waterford Place Memory Care is a beacon of hope for individuals fighting a memory-affecting disease. With revolutionary programs, like SAIDO Learning, and customized patient-centered care, we are honored to be a leader in the Memory Care industry. Memory Care homes are studio-style with private full bathrooms and access to tranquil common areas and beautiful grounds.
